My husband has leg cramps and I have hip and back problems and this works on all of them. I use the part where you put your feet and put the pads on my hip and back at the same time. (What a time saver) The one for the feet relaxes my calves and feels so good and the pads relax my hip and back. My husband put the pads on his upper legs and uses the feet part for his calves. We use every day some times 2 times a day just because it feels so good. It has many setting so we are playing around with them cause they all feel different. WE LOVE THIS MACHINE.....just wish we would have know about it sooner. (A friend highly recommended it to us) The remote is hard to use because the butttons are so small. I suggest that you put the disk in your lap and use the buttons on it to turn on, set desired mode, and set the desired settings for the foot and / or body. You can tell if using both the desired mode and strength by the body setting. Put the device on the floor and put your feet on and enjoy. Adjust mode and strength if needed by using the remote after this method.

This little unit packs a punch. I didn't read the instructions and tried it first with socks on. Nothing. Once I read the info and used it without socks, wow! I can only tolerate about a level 35 to start, but you can feel the pulse going through your legs. Too soon to say if it will give long term relief, but definitely has potential.

The design of the EMS stimulator is extremely unique. I have never used anything like it before. It is pretty big and circular and does not fold up so storing away isn't particularly easy but I do use it quite often so it' always readily available for me. The two step spots are long enough for my size 10 male feet and it seems like the EMS function works as a circuit meaning that both my feet need to be on in order to actually feel anything. Once I took off one foot, the circuit cuts off it stops functioning which is good for any emergencies especially if the foot starts cramping. I am mostly comfortable at 20% and can occasionally bump it up to 30% but it definitely go beyond my comfort threshold.
